is Key
Education means a brighter future for our children in Uganda.
Education is the foundation to making a change.
We are currently sending the children to the local community school. However, it is a future goal of ours to build our classrooms on-site so that the children can go to school in a more convenient location.
It cost 325,000 UGX per child to currently attend school. Included in that amount are school supplies and a meal. Children are required to have test booklets, pencils, pens, plates, and more before starting school. We could save that money if we had a nursery and primary school on our own.
We have a lot of goals and visions for the education of our youth. We need your help in working towards achieving our goals.
In order to make a difference in the children's lives, we also have to take part in educating the surrounding community. In Africa, it is believed that it takes a village to raise a child and that is why it is very important to educate the community. Mainly because they will play an integral part in educating the youth in the community. As we develop, we would like to start a Community development center to help the surrounding community by teaching different crafts.
